Hope and Help for

Families and Friends of Addicts

Are you a teen or do you know a teen that has been affected by someone else’s use of drugs?

Narateen is an integral part of the worldwide fellowship of Nar-Anon Family Groups.  Nar-Anon is a twelve step program for those whose lives are affected by the disease of drug addiction.

Narateen meetings provide support and hope to young people whose lives have been affected by a relative or friend’s addiction. Narateen meetings are facilitated and monitored by experienced and certified Nar-Anon members.

At Narateen Meetings, teens share their experiences and hope with other teens whose lives are affected by a relative or friend's addiction.

Through the Narateen group meetings, young people learn from each other effective ways of coping, while gaining some peace of mind and hope for a better way to live. Narateen members help one another by sharing their experience, strength and hope.

While there are no active Narateen meetings facilitied by member of the Pacific NW Region of Nar-anon, the PNW Region is in the process of setting up Narateen meetings.  In the meantime, we encourage you to attend the nearest Nar-Anon meeting in your area.  Click on the Find a Meeting tab.

Are there teens in your area that are in need of Narateen meetings?  Contact the nearest Nar-Anon meeting in your area so that we may be of service in getting a meeting started.  Click on the Find a Meeting tab to locate your nearest Nar-Anon meeting or click on the Contact Us tab to communicate with us.
